Accused of having beheaded and dismembered her lover, she attacks her lawyer in full court

Even with handcuffs on her wrists, she manages to poke at the head of his lawyer in the middle of a trial. Visibly seeking to beat up her lawyer, this woman accused ofbeheading and mutilating her lover also gave a hard time to the security guard who had to tackle her to the ground. Taylor Schabusiness, a 25-year-old woman, is accused of having decapitated her lover during’part of legs in the air. Not only did she decapitate him, she also removed the genitals and amputated the legs, reports the Mirror on February 15, 2023.

The incident took place at a home in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where the 25-year-old was sexually abused, then strangled and mutilated. Taylor Schabusiness left remains of her lover throughout the house and in a car. During her questioning by the police after her arrest on February 23 last year, the murderer allegedly told the officers that they were going “to have fun try to find all the organs“. Authorities found remains of Shad Thyrion, Taylor Schabusiness’s lover, in the house and in his van, along with his genitals and his head in a pot.

She beats up her lawyer because he asked to postpone her trial

During his trial in the Wisconsin court, Taylor Schabusiness attacked his lawyer Quinn Jolly after the latter had asked to postpone the trial. Mr Jolly asked for two more weeks for a defense expert to examine his client’s suitability to stand trial. Taylor Schabusiness is charged with first degree manslaughter, corpse mutilation and third degree sexual assault for the murder of Shad Thyrion. She always pleaded not guilty due to illness or mental retardation.
