After speaking about the shaken baby syndrome of which her child was the victim, a candidate for 12 noon shots wanted to correct her misinterpreted remarks.

She restores the truth. For several years, Jean-Luc Reichmann has been at the helm of 12 strokes of noon on TF1, a famous quiz game where candidates compete in the hope of becoming the Midday Master. The opportunity also for some to deliver moving testimonies, as was the case for Harmony. On April 21, 2022, while she was still Maître de midi, until her elimination three days later, she confided in the “non-accidental head trauma”, also known as “shaken baby syndrome”. She then mentioned the case of her daughter, who was the victim of this child abuse with irreversible consequences. But her words were misunderstood by some, who accused her of shaking her child. A misunderstanding that prompted Harmony to make a point to restore the truth.

With the association Stop Shaken Babythe candidate thus assured not to have “never shaken [son] child”. “My words were misinterpreted during my testimony on the set of 12 strokes of noon, she assured, before delivering a history of the facts as they really happened. She thus confided that she “deposit [ses] children at 9 a.m. at their dad’s home”before he called her, two hours later, to warn her that her daughter Victoire was “lying on a table, inanimate, surrounded by firefighters”. Transported to the hospital, the little girl then underwent a five-hour operation to save her life. But for Harmony, out of the question to stop there and not have answers to her questions. After an initial investigation “dismissed for lack of evidence”the young mother fought for her daughter to be “finally recognized as a victim”.

The candidate “victim of defamation”

At the time of the events, only his son, then 20 months old, was considered as a witness. But Harmony refuses to blame anyone for “this infamous gesture”of which she claims not to be the author. “I have no right to accuse anyone, at the risk of being accused of defamation”she clarified, being herself today “victim of defamation” after his testimony was misinterpreted. Supported by Jean-Luc Reichmann during her time on the show, she wanted to talk about this shaken baby syndrome for “to convey a message of prevention so that no more child suffers what [sa] daughter, recalling the simple gestures to explain in case of exasperation”.
