(AOF) – Acerinox yields 1.05% to 11.76 euros while Aperam loses 1.01% to 39.24 euros. The Spanish steelmaker has announced the end of discussions with its competitor Aperam with a view to a possible merger. These discussions had been revealed by the two groups.
