Following the exclusive negotiation period announced on April 19, 2022, the company Sferaco, a subsidiary of Thermador Groupe, finalized on July 1, 2022, with Mr. Alain Jagnoux, the acquisition of the goodwill and stock of the company AFY based in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier for an amount paid in cash of €1.5 million. The 8 employees of the AFY company have been integrated into the Sferaco team.
The AFY company sells to specialized wholesalers a targeted range of cast iron and steel fittings, steel flanges and valves which perfectly complement and reinforce Sferaco’s offer for building and industry. In 2021, it achieved a turnover of €4 million and an EBITDA of €0.4 million. Its net cash as of December 31, 2021 amounted to €0.7 million.
