(Boursier.com) — The General Meeting ofActeosruling under the quorum and majority conditions required for ordinary AGMs, has decided on a proposal from the Board of Directors to allocate the results for the financial year ending December 31, 2023 as follows:
Origin :
Profit for the financial year: 126,910.59 euros.
Assignment:
In the “Retained Carryover” account, which is thus increased from the sum of – 3,205,239.48 euros to the sum of – 3,078,328.89 euros.
In accordance with the provisions of article 243 bis of the General Tax Code, the Meeting notes that it has been reminded that for the last three financial years no distribution of dividends and income has taken place.
This resolution was adopted by a majority of votes of shareholders present, represented or voting remotely.
