ACTIA Group announces that the transfer of the listing of its shares from the regulated market of Euronext Paris (compartment C) to the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Paris will be effective on February 2, 2023.
The request for admission of ACTIA Group shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market was approved by the Euronext Admissions Committee on January 31, 2023.
This transfer, the project of which was authorized by the General Meeting of ACTIA Group shareholders on December 2, 2022, will allow ACTIA Group to be listed on a market offering a flexible regulatory framework adapted to its size and its market capitalization by reducing certain operating constraints specific to the Euronext Paris market. The transfer to Euronext Growth Paris should also simplify the operation of the Company and reduce the costs relating to its listing, while allowing it to continue to benefit from the attractions of the financial markets.
