(Boursier.com) — Actia Group informs its shareholders that a Combined General Meeting will be held on December 2 at 11 a.m., at the registered office.
The prior notice of the meeting, including the agenda, the draft resolutions proposed to the vote of the Shareholders by the Board of Directors, as well as the description of the main procedures for participation, voting at the Meeting and exercising rights of shareholders, was published in the Balo of October 28. The notice of meeting will be published in Le Balo on November 16 and in a Journal d’Annonces Légales on November 14.
