“I loved that guy. I can’t believe he’s gone. He was a wonderful, funny, good man. My heart goes out to Alec Musser and his family, with all my love. He was a real beautiful person”. Adam Sandler, who worked alongside him in the comedy Friends Forever in 2010, shared his grief upon learning of the disappearance of American actor Alec Musser on January 12, 2024 at the age of 50 in his Californian home in Del Mar .

In Friends forever, Alec Musser had distinguished himself during a memorable sequence: highlighting his bulging muscles and his tight swimsuit, he advanced with confidence towards the quartet Salma Hayek / Maria Bello / Maya Rudolph / Joyce Van Patten before launching a “Hey what’s up ladies” revealing a very high-pitched voice and a pronounced Canadian accent, causing the ladies to laugh. The sequence can be (de)discovered below.

First a ski patroller in the Mammoth Mountain ski resorts in California, then a sea rescuer, Alec Musser had modeled for Abercrombie and Fitch, Speedo, Men’s Health and GQ, among others, before winning the telecrochet I Wanna Be a Soap Star in 2005 which offered participants opportunities to break into television. With this victory, he landed a recurring role in the soap opera All My Children / The Force of Destiny where he starred for forty-three episodes between 2005 and 2007 in the role of Del Henry.
