Add color to your instant photos with the Instax Mini 99

Instant photography is getting ready for spring with a new Instax Mini 99, which sports a pretty retro design and above all a new function to add color to your photos.

Instant photography is enjoying continued success, despite very high priced consumables. Fujifilm is taking advantage of the upcoming arrival of spring to present its new Instax Mini 99. An instant camera that displays a slightly vintage design and above all a new color function to transform your photos into works of art.

Classic Design Meets Modernity

The Mini 99 has a beautiful matte black finish and lines reminiscent of vintage cameras with its square shape and prominent flash. Compact and lightweight, it has dimensions of 103.5 x 117.5 x 60 mm and weighs 340 g empty.

Two large dials are placed on the upper edge, the first allows you to manage the shooting mode and the second to add a color filter. Six options are available: pale green, warm tones, light blue, light magenta, sepia, and light leak. These color effects are produced during shooting by colored LEDs which expose the film to the desired color.

On the back, a small LCD screen and three buttons allow you to choose a view mode such as double exposure (two photos to make one), motion or portrait, as well as activate the self-timer.

The Instax Mini 99 also offers a new ergonomic handle for a more stable grip in all situations and it also serves as a tripod mount.

In parallel with the Instax Mini 99, Fujifilm is launching the Instax Mini Photo Slide film, available the same day at the price of 9.99 euros per pack of 10 films. Inspired by slide frames, this film adds a retro and elegant touch to your instant photos.

The Instax Mini 99 will be available from April 4 at a price of 199 euros.
