Adecco commits to finding jobs for 85,000 refugees by 2027


ZURICH, Feb 14 (Reuters) – Recruitment agency Adecco said on Wednesday it would help 85,000 refugees find jobs and train 17,000 people by the end of 2027.

“We are convinced that work is not only a source of income, but an important first step in rebuilding a life, integrating into a new country and finding a place in society,” declared Christophe Catoir, president of ‘Adecco.

The Swiss company will also create a dedicated website to help refugees find jobs.

Last June, Adecco had already promised to find jobs for 50,000 refugees and train 10,000 people by the end of 2025. (John Revill, French version Kate Entringer)
