Zurich (awp) – Adecco is integrating two divisions, Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional, under the LHH Recruitment Solutions brand, a change made in Switzerland and the rest of the world.
“This consolidation comes in response to the still difficult evolution of the Swiss context, where companies are faced with an ever-increasing number of job changes,” said the temporary employment specialist on Monday, citing for example “a high number vacancies in almost all professional categories”.
LHH is described by Adecco as a platform with “fully integrated” human resources services, bringing together the offerings of Recruitment Solutions, Career Transition and Mobility, Learning and Development.
Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional have been around since 1978 and are present in 12 European countries.
