Adele has reported back with her song “Easy On Me” and immediately set a Spotify record.
With her first musical sign of life in years, Adele (33) thrilled the critics and her fans. Her single “Easy On Me” not only became the most streamed song on Spotify on October 15th, it also set a new record.
As the streaming service has announced, never before has a song been listened to so often on the platform within a day. The accompanying music video, which was also released on October 15th, was on YouTube viewed more than 49 million times so far.
It was only recently that Adele made history
The British singer recently made history. At the beginning of October she was the first person to appear on the cover of the US edition of Vogue and the British offshoot at the same time. Adele can be seen on the cover of the November issues.
“Easy On Me” heralds their new album “30”, which will be released on November 19, 2021. Adele said on Instagramthat she thinks “I have finally found my feeling again. I would even go so far as to say that I have never found peace so much in my life”. She is finally ready to release her new studio album. This came about during the most turbulent time of her life and helped her through difficult phases.
