Singer Adele’s already large villa is said to have had an additional floor added.

Although Adele is said to have invested millions more in her mega-mansion in Beverly Hills, she still does not live in her dream home.
Two years ago, Adele (36) bought Sylvester Stallone’s (77) villa in Beverly Hills – allegedly for the equivalent of around 54 million euros. But she and her lover Rich Paul (42) are said to still not have moved in. On the contrary: As “The Sun” reports, the singer is investing millions more in the extensive renovation of the property.
The Briton is to add an entire floor to her US residence, which already had eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms, and also create a garage for up to five cars. The British newspaper cites the most recent planning application from May. It states that the singer wants to put a “cool roof” on the building in order to meet the strict requirements for buildings in a zone with a “very high” fire risk.
The Rocky statue at the pool should stay
The mammoth construction project is being carried out by the well-known construction company Valle Reinis. It was founded by Brian Valle and television actor Rob Reinis, the son-in-law of Henry Winkler (78). The renovations are reportedly so extensive that one of the only things that will remain is a statue by the pool depicting Stallone’s famous boxing character Rocky with his fist raised. The actor explained in 2023 that he had planned to take the figure with him when he moved, but she said: ‘That’s not a deal. That’s the whole deal falling apart.’ She wanted the statue.”
An insider now revealed to “The Sun”: “When Adele bought the house, she didn’t plan on making much changes. But she had a team of Hollywood experts on board who suggested the additional floor.” The house will be “absolutely gigantic” and Adele is convinced that the effort is worth it. “She wants it to be her forever home with her son Angelo and her partner Rich Paul, and she dreams of expanding her family there.” The British singer recently revealed that she wants to have children with the sports agent – preferably a daughter. Son Angelo is from her marriage to Simon Konecki (50).

Adele and Rich are said to have been a couple since summer 2021. On Instagram, the singer shared in May 2022 Couple Photos in front of their new house. There were wedding rumors in 2023, but they were never officially confirmed.
In August, Adele will perform ten nights in Munich. In October and November, she will return to Las Vegas for ten concerts before ending her “Weekends With Adele” series there after 100 shows. Who knows, maybe her dream house will finally be ready to move into by then.
