The notice of meeting serving as a call is published today in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (“BALO”) and contains the agenda, the text of the draft resolutions, as well as the procedures for participating in and voting at this meeting.

Clarifications on the AGM
Only shareholders who have registered their shares no later than the second business day preceding the date set for the AGM, at midnight, Paris time, may physically participate in the AGM. For shareholders holding bearer shares, their authorized intermediary must provide them with a “participation certificate”.
