ADOMOS ANNOUNCES HAVING APPEALED TO THE PARIS COMMERCIAL TRIBUNAL WITH A VIEW TO OPENING COLLECTIVE PROCEEDINGS

The ADOMOS company was unable to successfully complete the negotiations initiated with a view to obtaining, on the one hand, an agreement to settle its liabilities with its creditors and, on the other hand, the establishment of new financing under the conditions required by its financial situation described in its previous press releases, and in particular the deadlines for setting up said financing, was forced to make a declaration of cessation of payments on May 17, 2024.

She filed an application with the Paris Commercial Court on the same day with a view to placing herself under its protection and obtaining the opening of a judicial recovery procedure.

The hearing during which the Paris Commercial Court will study ADOMOS’ request will be held on June 5, 2024.

If the Court considers that the conditions for opening a judicial recovery procedure are met, the ADOMOS company will have, during the observation period, time to develop a continuation plan.

The Company’s management is fully mobilized in this perspective and is working on hypotheses to obtain the best possible treatment from its creditors and shareholders.
