POSTING OF THE STRIKE PRICE
OF THE SECOND EXERCISE PERIOD OF THE BSA 2022
ADOMOS (the “Company”) recalls that the second exercise period for stock warrants (“BSA”) attached to the new shares issued on June 3, 2022 begins on Monday, September 12, 2022 at the opening of the market and will end on Thursday, September 30, 2022 at market close (the “Second Exercise Period”).
The Company announces that it has posted on its website (https://www.adomos.com/bourse) under the heading “2022 BSA exercise monitoring table”, the exercise price of the BSA corresponding to the Second exercise period.
As indicated in the Company’s press release of May 9, 2022, the exercise price of the BSAs is equal to the volume-weighted average price recorded during the five (5) trading days immediately preceding the opening date of the exercise period less a discount of 10%. For the Second exercise period, this average comes out with the said discount at €0.0098.
In this same press release, the Company had also indicated that the exercise price of the BSAs could not be less than the par value of the Company’s shares, ie €0.02.
Consequently, the exercise price of the BSAs for the Second exercise period is €0.02.
The Company reminds holders of BSAs that they may exercise, at the price which will be determined under the conditions set out above, all or part of their BSAs at each of the next exercise periods, namely:

: from December 9, 2022 to December 30, 2022; -
Fourth Period
: from March 13, 2023 to March 31, 2023; -
Fifth Period
: from June 12, 2023 to June 30, 2023; -
Sixth Period
: from September 11, 2023 to September 29, 2023; -
Seventh Period
: from December 8, 2023 to December 29, 2023.
