The Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of ADOMOS (the “Company”) met, on first call, on September 8, 2023 at 9 a.m. at 243 boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris, 2

floor (the “General Assembly”).
As of September 6, 2023 (record date), the total number of shares making up the Company’s share capital amounted to 657,502 shares for 657,620 voting rights.
During this General Meeting, it was noted by UPTEVIA, an establishment providing the Company’s securities service, that out of a total number of 657,502 shares and 657,620 voting rights, the shareholders present, regularly represented, or having validly given proxy to the President or voted by mail, together held 296,227 shares and 296,280 voting rights.

shares having the right to vote necessary to deliberate on the draft resolutions presented at the ordinary general meeting, ie 131,501 shares having the right to vote having been reached, the votes were taken on the resolutions appearing on the agenda.
