RESULT FOR THE 2022 BSA EXERCISE
DURING THE FOURTH PRACTICE PERIOD
ADOMOS (the “Company”) recalls that the fourth exercise period for stock warrants (“BSA 2022”) attached to the new shares issued on June 3, 2022 began on March 13, 2023 at the opening of market and ended on March 31, 2023 at market close (the “Fourth Fiscal Period”).
At the end of this Fourth exercise period, 64,625 BSA 2022 were exercised, allowing the creation of 64,625 new ordinary shares, issued to the holders of BSA 2022 who had exercised their warrants.
Consequently, the amount of the Company’s share capital amounts to €53,565.2405 divided into 535,652,405 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.0001.
