(Boursier.com) — Adomos explains that it was unable to successfully complete the negotiations initiated with a view to obtaining, on the one hand, an agreement to settle its liabilities with its creditors and, on the other hand, the establishment of new financing. As a result, the company was forced to make a declaration of cessation of payments on May 17.
She appealed to the Paris Commercial Court with a view to placing herself under its protection and obtaining the opening of judicial recovery proceedings.
The hearing will be held on June 5. If the Court considers that the conditions for opening a judicial recovery procedure are met, the company will have, during the observation period, time to develop a continuation plan.
