(CercleFinance.com) – ADP announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer, Embraer, and Eve Air Mobility (Brazilian subsidiary of Embraer) aimed at promoting innovation and sustainable development in Paris-Le Bourget airport, the main business aviation airport in Europe.
This agreement covers the creation of new facilities for maintenance operations on Embraer aircraft, preparation for the arrival of the Energia range, and support for the development of eVTOL technology for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).
Embraer Services & Support will design and transfer its current facilities to a new maintenance building, doubling its capacity.
At the same time, Eve will collaborate with Groupe ADP to prepare the infrastructure necessary for eVTOL operations, including the training of maintenance technicians, with a vertiport operational this summer.
