ADP: first bond issue since 2020 – 05/08/2024 at 1:48 p.m.


(CercleFinance.com) – Aéroports de Paris announces that it successfully carried out a new bond issue on Tuesday, the first since 2020, for an amount of 500 million euros. The net proceeds from this issue will be used to finance the general needs of the group.

This bond issue with a maturity of seven years and a fixed rate of 3.375% will be settled on May 16, the final maturity date therefore being scheduled for May 16, 2031. Aéroports de Paris recalls that it is rated A (negative outlook) by Standard and Poor’s.
