(CercleFinance.com) – Groupe ADP (Aéroports de Paris) announces the acquisition of an additional 2.5% stake in its capital by Crédit Agricole Assurances, via its subsidiary Predica, from Royal Schiphol Group.
Following settlement and delivery, the transaction would bring CA Assurances’ total equity stake to 7.73%. It is also recalled that CA Assurances has a seat on the board of directors of the French airport operator.
This operation is part of the process of orderly sale of the 8% cross-shareholdings held respectively by ADP and Royal Schiphol Group, a process which must take place in one or more stages and at the latest until May 30, 2023.
