(CercleFinance.com) – The Dutch company Royal Schiphol Group declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on November 16, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Aéroports de Paris and to hold 3.91% of the capital and 4.50% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market sale of Aéroports de Paris shares.
