(CercleFinance.com) – Advicenne announces that its ordinary general meeting of shareholders, meeting today, has approved the project to transfer the listing of the company’s securities to the Euronext Growth Paris market and the delisting of their listing on Euronext Brussels
Subject to the agreement of Euronext and the Belgian supervisory authority, these operations would take place within a minimum period of two months.
“This operation aims to allow Advicenne to be listed on a market more appropriate to the size of the company, to reduce the costs linked to listing, while allowing it to continue to benefit from the attractions of the financial markets”, indicates the society.
