The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions as well as the terms and conditions for participation and voting at the meeting, has been posted on the site of the Bulletin des Annonces juridique Obligatoires (BALO) .
If they do not attend this meeting in person, shareholders may exercise their voting rights remotely, before the General Meeting: either by sending a proxy to the company; or by voting by post.
