Availability of the amendment to the 2021 Universal Registration Document
Aéroports de Paris SA announces the availability to the public and the filing, on 1er July 2022, with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), under number D.22-0299-A01, of an amendment to the universal registration document filed on April 14, 2022 with the AMF under number D .22-0299.
This amendment and this document are available on the company’s website (http://www.parisaeroport.fr/groupe/finances/information-reglementee-amf) as well as on the AMF website (at the address www.amf-france.org).
The purpose of the amendment to the 2021 Universal Registration Document is to make certain updates and corrections:

the composition of the board of directors”; 6.4 “Compensation and Benefits”;
6.5 “Capital authorized but not issued” and 7 “Updated Section 2.3 “Legal and Arbitration Proceedings” constitute updates the 2021 Universal Registration Document filed on April 14, 2022;

Aéroports de Paris draws the reader’s attention to the fact that the amendment adds, in section 10, the full text of the “Report on the corporate governance of Aéroports de Paris – Fiscal year 2021”.
The information corrected by the addition of section 10, or which did not already appear in the 2021 Universal Registration Document filed on April 14, 2022, is listed in the table below, extracted from section 6.2.1 of the ‘amendment.
