"I am so excited! Madame is served come back ! I wanted to share this news for a long time and I can finally do it. We think now is the time to tell what happened to these wonderful characters. I can't wait to share their stories with you " These are the words of actress Alyssa Milano on her Instagram account. She had made her television debut in the series Madame is served during the 80s. It's a nice surprise for the fans! This time, it's official: the Micelli family will indeed be back on screen after already 30 years of absence. So we'll find out what happened to Samantha and Tony. According to a production release, Samantha has become a single mother while her father is retired. We will also find the decor of the Micelli house. Something to make nostalgic all those who were lulled by this cult series of the 80s.

It therefore seems that the entire cast could be part of the game except for the much missed Katherine Helmond who played Mona Robinson, Tony's stepmother. The actress died in February 2019. Madame is served, who's the boss in English, was broadcast in the United States on the ABC channel from 1984 to 1992. In France, it is on Antenne 2 then on the M6 channel that we have seen this series, which has become essential over the years. Actor Tony Danza, who played Alyssa Milano's father at the time, also spoke about this big comeback of the cult series on his Twitter account. He seems delighted with this cast reunion: "Happy to bring the Micelli family back to television"

The returns of the series of our childhood and our adolescence seem more and more common. This will also be the case for Friends which is planning a full cast reunion for a special episode.
