Seven years after its launch in beta, Google Domains is now available in 26 countries. The beta version of Google’s domain name registrar was first available only in the United States, before expanding a few years ago to other countries, such as France.
As the beta version of Google Domains comes to an end, Google has revised its price list. The service starts at 12 euros per year, but prices vary depending on the terminations chosen by users. There are over 300 domain endings available.
Google is offering a 20% discount on this occasion for registering or transferring a single domain to Google Domains, using the code DOMAINS20. This offer is valid until April 15.
100 email aliases
Google Domains users will get up to 100 email aliases linked to their domain upon signup and the ability to have them forwarded to an existing email account. They will also have access to Google’s domain name system and tools like Google Ads and Search Console.
They will also have private personal data registration, two-step verification and one-click domain name system security extensions at no additional cost, Google says.
The web giant adds that users can connect to website builders including Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Weebly and Bluehost, or Google sites to create professional-looking websites or online stores without having to to code.
