The Zurich National Councilor and Mayor of Wädenswil (ZH), Philipp Kutter, was seriously injured in a skiing accident at the weekend.
He is now being cared for at the Swiss Paraplegic Center in Nottwil (LU).
Now he has thanked Twitter for the recovery wishes.
The 47-year-old has been a member of the National Council since 2018. At the end of January, Zurich’s Mitte party nominated him as a candidate for the Council of States elections in October this year.
The city of Wädenswil writes in a press release that Kutter has decided to transfer all tasks at municipal, regional and national level to his various deputies until further notice.
