The noose is tightening and we see more and more clearly. According to the latest rumors, the French Valorant league (VRL France) is increasing its number of teams for the next segment. We would thus go from 8 to 10 teams and the competition will be even tougher. We imagine that the format will be upset and that there will be a few more places for the playoffs: during the first segment, only the top 4 got a ticket.
We do not yet officially know the identity of the two newcomers. But the hallway noises intensify and all eyes are on the Karmine Corp. The structure of Kameto and Prime shines enormously on League of Legends. She also managed to get people talking about her on TFT. Build a team on Valorant, yet another game Riot Games, seems to be a totally logical continuation. Beyond his arrival, the team’s roster would also have leaked.
A 100% French roster?
The VRL Revolution Although French, the teams are not obliged to constitute 100% French-speaking rosters. The rule is to have at least 2 French-speaking players (1 holder and 1 substitute). During the first segment of the league, there were a lot of different nationalities: Lithuanians (ceNder and Vakk), a Portuguese (Fizzy), an Irishman (juseu) or even a Pole (Mickebwoy). However, France does not lack talented players and the French community particularly appreciates the 100% blue teams. The Karmine Corp is renowned for being close to its community and for its entry on the FPS scene, it would have had the good idea to constitute a roster of French people.
The 5 players should be Newzera, mikee, Takas, Shin and a last member who remains mysterious today. These players should talk to those following the scene. Several were already in the league with teams like Sector One (French champion) or Wylde. TakAs would be the only “neophyte”. Without a team since February, he has however accumulated a lot of experience with Team BDS in the past (participation in a Masters of the VCT circuit). The two coaches approached are also tricolors. pm and ZE1SH would both arrive from Team Vitality. They failed to take the bees to the highest level, but they can accomplish a nice redemption arc with the Karmine Corp.
A 5th man to find and a name that is on everyone’s lips…
Valorant is played at 5 and the Karmine Corp. still seems to be looking for its last piece. The discussions are going well and we do not yet know who will be the lucky one. But we imagine that the leaders are spoiled for choice, since with the members already known (players + staff), the project is attractive. When we add the popular enthusiasm and the exposure offered by the structure, it’s a bit of a dream destination!
The community can’t help but think of a name… Coach Fatih (Fatiiiih) is close to Kameto. We have already seen him participate in Among Us evenings or incredible K Cultures. Historical member of the K Corp, it would be nice to see him wear the colors of the team. The connection seems feasible for two reasons:
- The player appears to be pushed out and has been cleared by wyld to enter into negotiations with other structures
- The player would feel right at home at the Karmine Corp, where he could reunite with his former teammates mikee and Newzera.
