Victoria Abril sues the heroine of the series “Clem” after her accusations of sexual assault mentioned on Instagram.

Her lawyer, Maître Stéphan Zitzermann, announced to Libération that she would file a complaint for defamation in the coming days.“in order to be able to explain oneself before the courts”.
The young actress declared on Instagram that her fictional mother for 8 seasons had behaved inappropriately on film sets. She even went so far as to mention sexist and sexual violence that she had witnessed.
This speech by Lucie Lucas followed the signing by Victoria Abril and 55 other personalities of the column in support of Gérard Depardieu, published on the Figaro website on Monday December 25 and entitled “Don’t erase Gérard Depardieu”. Accusations nuanced by Lucie Lucas

And Lucie Lucas continues in an interview with HuffPost published this Friday: “I was threatening, without having the intention of elaborating regarding non-consensual acts, since I was not directly involved and I do not tell the stories of others without their consent.
