With a length of 4.92 meters, the new edition remains true to the format of the off-roader that was recently no longer offered in Europe. The angular look with many right angles is also known from other versions of the traditional model built since 1951. Compared to the previous model, the new one should be significantly stiffer, which would increase off-road competence and driving comfort. In addition, a detachable anti-roll bar and the first electrically powered power steering should make it easier to make headway, even on rough terrain. In Western Europe, a 2.8-liter turbo diesel with 204 hp will initially be used as the drive system. The four-cylinder is coupled to an eight-speed gearbox and pulls trailers weighing up to 3500 kilograms. A 48-volt mild hybrid variant has been announced for 2025.
