Attention fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Netflix has just revealed the first photos of the Fire Nation that young Aang and his friends will have to defeat.
This will be one of the most anticipated events of 2024. The live action series of Avatar, The Last Airbender in original version has been revealed a little more since Netflix put new news online Pictures. No Aang, Katara or Sokka in sight, but the main members of the Fire Nation.
For those who don’t know Avatar, the animated series told the story of the awakening of a young boy trapped in a glacier for a century. He must then learn to master the four elements to fulfill his destiny and bring peace to his world. And this peace is precisely undermined by the Fire Nation, led by the terrible Lord Ozai (first photo, played by Daniel Dae Kim).
The latter aims to become the ultimate sovereign and rule the 4 nations (water, earth, fire, air). He is the father of Princess Azula and Prince Zuko (last photo). A character that fans know very well since he is the one who goes in search of Avatar Aang to capture him and thus regain the esteem of his father, who banished him from the kingdom.
But he faces competition in this task from Commander Zhao, head of the Fire Nation navy. General Iroh is Ozai’s brother and therefore Zuko and Azula’s uncle. He takes his nephew under his wing to teach him fire control.
Netflix has not yet released the trailer for its live action adaptation of Avatar: the Last Airbender but it should be soon. The series is expected in 2024, but no date has yet been announced.
