A Kufsteiner (30) is on trial in Innsbruck on Wednesday because he is said to have killed a 77-year-old with multiple knife wounds in June of the previous year. The then 29-year-old is said to have lured his victim to the Kufsteiner Innufer and killed him there. The defendant first stated that the older man was a random victim because he wanted to go to prison. But he later testified that the man allegedly sexually abused him as a child.
The 30-year-old’s lawyer, who went public with the statement, said the suspect was abused by the 77-year-old between the ages of six and eight. First of all, the defendant’s father stated this, who then confirmed this. The public prosecutor’s office then commissioned a psychiatric expert opinion. Stab wounds on the upper body The body of the victim had been discovered by a passerby and had several stab wounds on the upper body and neck area.
