Another newcomer to the Marvel universe is certain: Aubrey Plaza joins the cast of the WandaVision offshoot Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
The upcoming Marvel series, Agatha: Coven of Chaos, continues to take shape. As “Variety” reports, actress Aubrey Plaza (38) will strengthen the cast of the “WandaVision” spin-off. Plaza, who is known from the comedy series “Parks and Recreation” (2009-2015), among other things, takes on an as yet unknown role. “Deadline” wants to knowthat it will be a villain.
The streaming series “Agatha: Coven of Chaos” continues the story of “WandaVision” fan favorite Agatha Harkness. The witch survived the Salem witch trials of 1692 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and was able to compete with the powerful main character Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen, 33) in “WandaVision”. Kathryn Hahn (49) plays Agatha Harkness again.

“Agatha: Coven of Chaos” will appear on Disney+ in winter 2023, according to Marvel boss Kevin Feige (49) announced at this year’s Comic-Con in San Diego. Previously, Joe Locke (19), known from the Netflix series “Heartstopper” (2022), reported by “Variety” as a cast access. With “Vision Quest” there is also a second spin-off to “WandaVision” at Marvel in the making. Paul Bettany (51) plays the leading role here and again embodies Android Vision.
