The strategy game saga 4X turn by turn Age of Wonders has fascinated fans of the genre since 1999. After a spin off in the future baptized Age of Wonders: Planetfall in 2019, Triumph Studios and Paradox Interactive return to the main series: they have just unveiled Age of Wonders 4 this Thursday.
The idea will once again be create our own kingdom by combining the powers, races and customs of different societies, before making our people evolve through the ages. This fantastic universe will host battles ranging from simple duels against monsters to army battles, with even more varied events offering original scenarios in each game, and therefore significant replayability.
Both cooperative and competitive modes will be available, with the option to enjoy asynchronous multiplayer in order to each play our turn at our own pace, without necessarily having the opponent connected. A trailer and gameplay have already been presented to make us discover the game mechanics more advanced than ever.
