REITERATED CONFIDENCE IN THE TRAJECTORY OF PROFITABLE GROWTH

With good visibility and significant commercial development levers linked to new offers, the Company intends to continue this growth dynamic in the short and medium term in order to consolidate its leadership in this high-potential market in France but also in the countries neighbors and internationally under-equipped in individual and collective methanation.

In addition to its reinforced sales force, Agripower will be able to rely, particularly in France, on its portfolio of “business provider” partnerships. The Group thus announces the signing of a new agreement with a cooperative of 1

over the 2021-2022 financial year in a context that is still favorable to the installation of solutions in favor of the energy transition and in a high-potential French market.

The Company thus reiterates its objective of reaching a turnover of €40 million in 2024 and becoming one of the major players in the energy transition in France.
