AGRIPOWER: Evolution of Governance: André Leblancs, Chief Executive Officer, is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors – 29/11/2022 at 18:15

The Ordinary Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Agripower France met on November 25, 2022 at the registered office, 9 bis rue de la Métallurgie, 44470 Carquefou.

All of the resolutions on the agenda of the Meeting were adopted with the exception of the seventeenth resolution

(in line with the recommendation of the Board of Directors). In terms of governance, the Meeting notably renewed the directorships of Eric Lecoq and the company ECU. SARL, represented by François Gerber for a term of 3 years, expiring at the end of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting to be held in the course of 2025 and which will be called upon to approve the accounts for the closed financial year June 30, 2025.

Following the General Meeting, the Board of Directors met and, during this meeting, appointed André Leblancs, Chief Executive Officer, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He succeeds as Chairman of the Board of Directors to Eric Lecoq, founder of the Company, who remains a director of the Company and who will provide advice and services to the Company under a regulated agreement.

This managerial transition is a continuation of the governance changes carried out over the past 18 months, with on the one hand, the appointment of André Leblancs as Chief Executive Officer in April 2021, then as a director in April 2022, and the appointment of 2 independent directors in April 2022 (

).

This new governance aims to support the Group in its dynamic expansion phase, both in France and internationally and in both individual and collective methanation. Agripower thus intends to accelerate its ambitious growth and value creation strategy over the next few years, based on its “integrator” integrator model and its new offers.

Eric Lecoq, founder and administrator, declares

BIOGRAPHY

Andre Leblancs

has nearly 25 years of experience in business management. He held the position of Managing Director for a national network in the world of building and landscaping, then for 5 subsidiaries of a leading player in renewable energies. He also has experience in a strategy, performance and organization consulting firm with a European dimension as Principal Consulting Manager. Before joining Agripower France in 2021, André Leblancs was Group Managing Director of a leader in site security, where he worked on structuring activities in a context of very strong development. André Leblancs is a graduate of EM LYON Business school, EPITECH and INSEAD (Advanced Management Program Singapore).
