Agripower continues its very good commercial momentum in individual methanation, with an offer and expertise perfectly in line with farmers’ expectations.

On the 1

semester 2022-2023, the company signed 22 new projects

semester 2021-2022) for an amount of cumulative turnover

of €6.1 million, an increase of +59.1% compared to the 1

This performance is in line with the good momentum initiated during the previous financial year and confirms the relevance of the commercial strategy implemented. The strengthening of the sales force dedicated to individual anaerobic digestion (8 sales representatives at December 31, 2022 vs 6 a year earlier) is bearing fruit and continued over the half-year. Agripower now covers the entire territory in France.

Over this half-year, the company thus recorded its first orders in the Grand Est and amplified its successes in the South-West of France, confirming the growth potential of the regions newly addressed, both in wet methanation and by methanisation. dried.

1 project signed in collective methanization in a context of team reinforcement

During this semester, Agripower signed 1 order for the development and installation of a collective methanation unit in Hauts-de-France, a project at the heart of a farm.

This project represents an amount of €1.4 million

less important than that of the signed unit on the 1

half of the previous financial year (€2.4 million).

The company took advantage of this semester to strengthen its teams dedicated to collective methanisation, in particular with the recruitment of an experienced manager, in addition to a sales engineer for costing studies, within the design office. Agripower thus increases its pre-sales strike force to increase its commercial pipeline and quickly trigger a stronger dynamic like that delivered in individual anaerobic digestion.

Overall order intake up nearly 20%

In total, the order intake since the beginning of the financial year rose,

for these 23 projects, €7.5 million, an increase of +19.2%

compared to the order intake for the first half of the previous year of €6.3 million. These amounts do not include the services potentially associated with these projects (maintenance contract, consumables, etc.) which are growing strongly.

This development is in line with the company’s business plan, especially since order intake is traditionally more seasonal in the second half.

Good visibility on further growth

In a context that is still favorable to the installation of solutions in favor of the energy transition and in a high-potential French market, Agripower will actively pursue its strategy of offensive conquest by taking full advantage of all the levers put in place over the last 18 months. .

The sales team is now fully operational to detect and seize all development opportunities in all French regions. The prospecting pipeline grew strongly thanks to an active presence in 7 specialized shows in the first half. In addition, the energy crisis is bringing new development opportunities, with individual methanation meeting farmers’ self-consumption needs perfectly to control their energy bills.

Agripower will also rely on the rise in power of “business provider” partnerships, the last of which was signed on the 1

plan which brings together more than 20,000 farmers in the West. The contract with the Uneal cooperative, one of the historical partners, has also been extended to Belgium, opening up a new relay for territorial growth.

To this end, Agripower recruited an International Commercial Development Director in the first half of the year in order to study all the international potential, and to set up a local network of relay partners in the target countries, both in individual and collective methanization.
