AGRIPOWER (Euronext Growth Paris – FR0013452281 – ALAGP) announces that it has terminated on September 29, 2023 after market trading the liquidity contract concluded on November 4, 2019 with TSAF – Tradition Securities And Futures.

As of September 29, 2023, the date of termination of the contract, the following means appeared after trading in the liquidity account:

  • 6,351 AGRIPOWER shares

  • €7,424.44

It is recalled that, during the half-yearly balance sheet as of June 30, 2023, the following resources appeared in the liquidity account:

  • 5,761 AGRIPOWER shares

  • €8,909.47
