(CercleFinance.com) – Air France-KLM announces that it has repaid, at the request of bondholders, approximately 452 million euros of the 500 million bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable into existing shares (OCEANE) which expires on March 25, 2026.
This early repayment option was part of the terms and conditions relating to these bonds. The number of potential dilutive shares linked to the OCEANE 2026 in circulation has, consequently, been reduced from 4,966,518 to 472,580 shares.
The remaining bonds in circulation will be repaid at par on March 25, 2026. They may also be repaid early at the discretion of the Franco-Dutch air carrier, under certain conditions.
