(CercleFinance.com) – Air France unveils the first new features of its summer 2023 program (April – October 2023), notably marked by the strengthening of its service to East Africa.
On June 12, 2023, the company will inaugurate a new route from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Dar Es Salam (Tanzania), continuing on from Zanzibar (also in Tanzania). This connection will be provided 3 times a week.
The opening of Dar es Salaam will result in an increase in frequencies between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Zanzibar. From the start of the summer 2023 season, the ‘spice island’ will be served 3 times a week, compared to 2 in summer 2022.
From June 12, 2023, Nairobi, the Kenyan capital, will benefit from a direct service in both directions of travel, with a daily flight from/to Paris-Charles de Gaulle against 6 flights per week currently.
Finally, a little further south, next summer Air France will offer an extensive program between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Antananarivo (Madagascar), with 5 direct flights per week compared to 4 currently.
