Air France: reimburses 300 ME to the French State


(CercleFinance.com) – Air France-KLM announces that it has repaid 300 million euros out of the outstanding 600 million euros of perpetual hybrid bonds held by the French State,

The group has thus reached the 75% threshold for reimbursement of the state aid for recapitalization granted during the Covid-19 crisis.

Air France-KLM also announces the refinancing of 320 million euros through the issue of new perpetual hybrid bonds with the French State.
