(AOF) – Air India, owned by the Indian conglomerate Tata Group, has confirmed a historic order from Airbus and Boeing of around 500 aircraft for an estimated bill of more than 100 billion dollars (93.5 billion euros) at the price catalog, according to information from Reuters. The announcement of this order could be formalized this week. In detail, Air India should acquire 250 Airbus (210 single-aisle A320neos and 40 twin-aisle A350) and 220 Boeing (190 single-aisle 737 MAX, 20 787 and 10 777X, larger).
