Air Liquide has completed its 500 million euro green bond issue


May 23 (Reuters) – L’Air Liquide Société Anonyme pour l’Etude et l’Exploitation des Processes Georges Claude:

* AIR LIQUIDE SUCCESSFULLY CARRIED OUT A GREEN BOND ISSUANCE OF 500 MILLION EUROS TO FINANCE THE ENERGY TRANSITION

* WILL USE THE PROCEEDS FROM THIS OPERATION TO FINANCE OR REFINANCE EMBLEMATIC PROJECTS IN THE ENERGY TRANSITION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

* THIS OPERATION, SIGNIFICANTLY OVERSUBSCRIBED BY INVESTORS, WAS CARRIED OUT AS PART OF THE GROUP’S EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTE (EMTN) PROGRAM
