(CercleFinance.com) – Air Liquide announces the signing of an agreement to sell its activity in Trinidad and Tobago to Massy Gas Products Holding (“MGPHL”).
“This transaction illustrates the Group’s strategy of regularly reviewing its portfolio of activities to refocus on certain geographies and activities with strong development potential,” the group indicates.
“Air Liquide is well positioned to strengthen its presence in Latin America and seize the emerging opportunities there in the field of energy transition, which includes hydrogen energy,” adds the group.
