Airbnb apparently down: provider comments on website problems

In the early evening of May 4th, many readers reported that they were having problems with the Airbnb service’s website and app.

The operators had confirmed unforeseen technical problems with the website, but now everything should be working normally again, according to a tweet.

However, some users are still reporting problems, for example with reservations.

If you are still having trouble, refresh your browser again. Or you close it and open it again. Otherwise, for the time being, you probably have no choice but to be patient.
