Airbus delivered 60 aircraft and received 78 orders in June

PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The European aeronautics and defense group Airbus announced on Friday that it had received 78 new aircraft orders and delivered 60 aircraft to 35 customers in June 2022. Over the first half of 2022, the Boeing rival delivered 297 aircraft to 60 customers. However, the net number of deliveries since January 1 stands at 295, in order to deduct two deliveries recorded in December 2021 and destined for the Russian airline Aeroflot “for which a physical transfer was not possible due to the sanctions international” targeting Russia, said Airbus.
