(CercleFinance.com) – Airbus announces that Korean Air has become a new customer for its A350 wide-body aircraft, following the signing of a firm order for 33 aircraft in this family, including 27 A350-1000s and six A350-900s.
The A350 will be able to operate all of Korean Air’s current intercontinental routes and explore new destinations, with a 25% reduction in fuel consumption and carbon emissions compared to the previous generation.
‘The A350 will also be the ideal platform for the airline to reach new heights in in-flight products and world-class services,’ adds Benoit de Saint Exupéry, EVP Sales, Commercial Aircraft, Airbus.
