(Boursier.com) — Airbus reportedly delivered just over 45 aircraft in July. Enough to bring the total of aircraft shipped since January 1 to just over 342 units against a total of 344 aircraft over the same period in 2021. Taking into account the two Airbus A350s which could not be delivered to Aeroflot due to the sanctions taken against Moscow following the invasion of Ukraine, just over 340 planes would have been shipped in the first seven months of 2022. The group did not wish to comment on this data, which have not been audited, with a monthly business report to be released next Monday, Reuters said, citing industry sources.

The aircraft manufacturer announced last week that it had lowered its delivery target for 2022 to 700 aircraft, from 720 previously, amid tight labor markets and problems in supply chains.
